Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be notified in writing to ToursAhoy! via email (enjoy@toursahoy.com), indicating your booking number in the subject line.

• A charge of 100% of the total booking amount will apply for cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the start of the tour.
• A charge of 50% of the total booking amount will apply for cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours prior to the start of the tour.
• A charge of 25% of the total booking amount will apply for cancellations made between 10 and 3 days prior to the start of the tour.
• A 100% refund of the total booking amount will be issued in the following cases:
  • If you cancel your booking more than 10 days prior to the start of the tour.
  • In cases of force majeure beyond the control of ToursAhoy! that prevent the proper provision of the service (including regulatory changes and/or restrictions).
  • If, due to force majeure, your cruise ship is ultimately unable to dock at the Port of Santa Cruz de Tenerife according to the established itinerary.

Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation voucher. There is no need to print it; simply bring it with you on your mobile phone.
